Try this:
\xampp\php\php.ini file uncomment this line

CODE: SELECT ALL

[eAccelerator]
;zend_extension = "C:\xampp\php\ext\php_eaccelerator.dll"

Assuming a default installation in the root of C: drive - your path may be different.
