Founded in 2008, Amello is an illustration studio located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, managed by the brothers André Mello and Rafael Mello.
The company was created by André after he earned the award “Illustrator of the Year” by the Advertising Association of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) in 2007, when the two brothers worked in the creative department of advertising agency DCS.
Combining various styles of illustration inside its portfolio, and a vision from those who worked inside advertising agencies, the studio has already been recognized by the market, with artworks published on Lurzer's Archive and the website Ads of the World.
